This morning (while listening to the radio) I heard an advertisement for the Missouri "Adopt-a-Highway" program. I arrived about 9:00 this morning and met with Connie, who took me to the cafeteria at MRC to drop me off.Angie, a supervisor in the cafeteria, assigned me some tasks. This was my first experience with institutional cooking.
